Comments:I have worked with ADP Comprehensove Services at a couple of jobs, and I receive consistenly great service every time! No issue that I may have is too bigfor them to assist me with, or find a way to resolve.
Pros:
The prompt services, the care, thoroughness, and "follow-up" nature of the representatives
Cons:
Hasving to pay for custom reports sometimes, when an already-existing styandard report is available, and can be tweaked for no additional cost.

Comments:Above satisfactory - Excellent.
Pros:
All features of ADP are very useful and liked for how they perform. Top Features are: the HR, Payroll, and Benefits Dashboards, QuickCalc (used to quickly estimate wages for EEs that may need an earnings adjustment), Manual check adjustments and off-cycle payrolls, talent tabs, and reporting. Honorable mention for the EE Documents.
Cons:
The incompatibility with larger physical display screens. My company evolved from using 2 standard monitors side by side to one large monitor with a 3440x1440 ultrawide display. However, I was able to submit a feedback request and hopefully it's a design flaw to be fixed.

Pros:
Payroll & reports and analytics. It gives you a wide range of options.
Cons:
In the new experience, when we have to preview payroll from the payroll register. You have to click to expand each column, so visually it's not convenient as it used to be with Classic. So personally I preferred how Classic view worked (more visual).

Pros:
Innovation and comprehensive resources are vital to success. Has taken the place of multiple previous resources.

Gets the job done

Comments:I feel like ADP gets the job done and is an affordable option. For smaller companies, I see no reason for them not to use ADP for their needs. However, once you need to do more involved tasks the site quickly reveals how little capacity it has.
Pros:
I appreciate that ADP is a pretty basic platform and most of the functions are easy to do once you know how. The customer support is usually quick to respond and helpful.
Cons:
The platform is not intuitive or user friendly and I often cannot figure out how to do actions without guidance from an associate. Functions are never where you expect them to be, and the various site branch-offs make it even more confusing. The platform feels very outdated and not modern. Users often have issues locating documents in their own profiles. The reporting is extremely difficult to use and get the output of a clean report with exactly the specified parameters.

Comments:Take my advice, outsourcing is NOT always teh answer. Things make look golden on paper and in "demo mode", but live on the floor during peak buisness hours, you do not have time to 'troubleshoot' a ADP ticket for teh 1,000th time.
Pros:
All-in-one service solution for popular HR administrative services, payroll, and talent recruiting.
Cons:
Entry level staff CONSTANTLY has an issue clocking into the system, which requires their Supervisor to manually adjust each punch. On average with my last employer, I was correcting 80 missed or incorrect punches per two week period for 9 employees.HR FMLA processing is, from my experience, a horrendous and borderline illegal mishandling of information. Very easy to 'file" for FMLA, but after that initial phone call, no one knows what's going on. The frontline staff answering the phone tries their best to interpret the information to provide updates, but the "back office" is elusive and does not speak with customers or offer assistance to frontline staff that is trying to explain status information for leave cases. I had to eventually start recording my calls to ensure my internal HR department had a record of the horrible service my previous employe is probably paying close to a 1M per year.

The Tax service is excellent in many ways for a multi-tax client. However, the items that need to be fixed (frequently as a result of a state making a mistake) just takes too long with the ADP tax service -- need to be more responsive and flexible to get items fixed more timely. -- Again want to stress that the service is there and taxes are paid , but the time to get some items done needs to improve

Comments:Overall, our experience has been extremely positive. Our costs have decreased, employee satisfaction has increased and compliance with HR and Payroll regulations has greatly improved.
Pros:
I love how my HR and Payroll services are integrated to make everything streamlined and simpler. This significantly decreases errors and helps employees and my HR team be more efficient.
Cons:
Some reports could be named more clearly but there is nothing that I dislike!

constant issues with reliability, services unavailable, data corrupted or rolled back 6 months unannounced. customer support either totally clueless or generically unhelpful.

Pros:
They can pretty much offer or customize anything you need, and it's great to have one place to manage multiple functions, particularly as a department of one.
Cons:
It can be pricey and there are occasionally some lapses in communication or transparency about some features, but there is also plenty I can do on my end to help mitigate that.

I like the dedicated support staff that are assigned to us most. They are easily reachable and very knowledgeable.

Pros:
You can begin using Comprehensive Services with no ADP knowledge and quickly become a pro. The teams want you to succeed and will help in anway you can. The Comp Services team will become your coworkers - and the best ones ever at that.
Cons:
Have had some issues with Tax Services but have seen a huge change the past 2 years for the better.

Comments:I like ADP Comprehensive Services because it flows from HR to Payroll seamlessly. I also like that there's a customer service number with options to choose depending what areas (HR, Payroll, Compliance, Reporting, Tax, etc.) you need help in. My rep., [sensitive content hidden] is very responsive in resolving my issues.
Pros:
I like ADP Comprehensive Services because it has a lot of features/modules (HR, Payroll, Tax, WGPS, GLI, Reporting that is essential in employee management.
Cons:
Some of the management reports, I don't have visibility when it gets imported to 3rd party vendor so when there's an issue, I'm unable to identify and resolve.

ADP GL and overall services are lacking

Comments:Overall I am not very happy with this program. It seems to cause more problems than it helps.
Pros:
I do like some of the ease of use to access employees pay history, and that they offer summarized versions of some of the lengthier payroll reports if you're only looking for totals.
Cons:
I don't like the frequent errors in employee paychecks, and the length of time it takes to get answers when seeking to resolve issues. Our company is terminating it's relationship with ADP due to said issues and more. Often we are stuck waiting for reports beyond the promised date, and this is problematic for processing regular weekly and bi-weekly payrolls. There are often so many adjustment files run that it becomes very hard to keep up with when added to the responsibility of processing regular payrolls. The adjustments wouldn't be a problem if they were timely, but sometimes adjustments are run up to a year after the fact, and all the transactions have already posted or been corrected through other means. If we run the adjustment reports, we run the risk of throwing off several accounts.

Comments:Customer service needs to be revamped. It would be helpful if the reps were knowledgeable with all parts of the platform (instead of specializing in one area: payroll, HR, reporting, etc.) because they don't understand their solutions may impact another platform negatively.
Pros:
I have had issues with just about every part of the platform.
Cons:
Each piece of the platform should work together. I should not have to make multiple changes for a single change. I know we aren't using ADP to it's full extent, but customer service is unhelpful and can't fix the problems we are having. Reporting, especially auditing, is unreliable and returns information that can't possibly be true.

Comments:Exhausting.
Pros:
The option for electronic onboarding is nice, and the database of employee is easy to use.
Cons:
It feels like everything is a struggle to use, and there is no forethought in place for upcoming changes in the laws or policies. Example: EI-9 - sure, it's electronic and easy to use however, there isn't a mechanism in place to re-do I-9's that were done virtually. We will have to go back to using paper for those done virtually during the pandemic.

Pros:
I like having most employee information in one, easily accessible location. Having payroll, personal info, job related info, and any other information in one spot is great for access for managers, department heads, and anyone who may need specific info about an employee.
Cons:
There are pieces that are a bit clunky - the Benefits Management piece is one. There is such a long lead time for annual enrollment information that we're unable to meet those timeframes with our vendors to make use of the system.

Simple interface makes for an effective platform

Comments:ADP makes it easy to review your pay stubs and any other historical tax documents you may need so that you don't have to worry about saving your old W2 in the mail for months until it comes time to file your taxes. It is easy to use and visually pleasing, especially in the pay stub section, which clearly shows your gross and net pay and the specific taxes that were taken out. I wish they had better customer service, but it often is not necessary since the website is so easy to use, so it isn't a huge con.
Pros:
For me, there are two main pros of ADP. One, ADP is able to store your historical payroll information from past jobs alongside your current job's information (if both jobs used ADP as their payroll server). This is extremely helpful for younger millennials who switch jobs frequently and need online access to tax documents like pay stubs and W2s. Additionally, the visuals provided with each pay stub are colorful and easy to understand.
Cons:
Sometimes the ADP site would be down for maintenance and there wouldn't be an option to contact customer service via email or phone. The visual that ADP shows when the site is down looks very outdated and did not provide any information on when the site would be back up, so this was frustrating at times.

Easy Clock In/Out Functionality for Employee Time Tracking

Comments:ADP works just fine for our company the pros outweigh the cons by a lot. It's easy to use, visually friendly, and there has been no down time or glitching within the program within the last year that I can remember.
Pros:
ADP is easy to access both via the computer webpage as well as the ADP app for your phone. Clocking in and out is very easy and user friendly. You can see your hours after each day and whether or not your supervisor has approved your time punches. You are able to view your paycheck each pay period and it shows you your exact paystub, which is easy to print and use for banking/loan purposes.
Cons:
The biggest issue with ADP is that with the phone app you have to be within a certain range of your work location to clock in and out. Depending on how large ADP thinks your workplace is, it can be a real pain. Our place of employment is a large 356 unit trailer park and you have to be within a certain range of the office because it doesn't consider being within the park as being "on-site" for clocking in and out. Our maintenance guys complain about this, even though it hasn't directly affected me since I work in the office.

A Comp Services Success Story

Pros:
I love HR Comp Services! It is so nice to have someone to bounce ideas off of and ask questions when you are the only HR practioner in a company.
Cons:
Implementation and Payroll Comp Services were a little rocky. I felt like our implementation was rushed and had a bad experience with my first payroll consultant. I was recently given a new payroll consultant and he is great! I am very happy that ADP made a switch for me.
