@Ask_Spectrum been having ongoing issues using the Spectrum app on our at home devices. Some Roku, and others are Android tablets and phones. Very slow data throughput and buffering. Are there issues with your network or servers? I will call to have my equipment checked soon

@GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum I wanted to add cable television to my account and it has been weeks of problems. Now I am without internet. I have called, been put on hold for hours, had technician visits, and more. No one is able to help. I am a student with no internet access.

Man, the worst part of being a streamer who's isp is @GetSpectrum is knowing that you'd be more likely to be hit by a car than have consistent service or even the speeds you're supposed to get. Today's issue: spotty in and out service. I hate this

literally @GetSpectrum is the worst cable company and I can’t wait to move so I’m not forced to use them like in this complex I’m living in now. seriously spectrum get your **** together.
