          I just want toknow what kind ofcrack your service department issmoking that replacing the part ofthe back ofthe seat ina 2020q50 where the trunk can beseen costs $6072? Iknow for afact the part isn't going tocost you that, especially atthe price y'all are charged and it's not going totake anextremely long time for labor tocost anywhere near that price. Also another customer y'all charged $440toreplace and change abattery.LOL. Mybattery that isprobably 10x the voltage and charging amps cost under $300and free toinstall. Orthat changing acabin air filter (that literally takes 5seconds) cost $100.No, this wasn't mypersonal experience because I'm not stupid enough tohave astealership work onmy car because I'm self-sufficient. Stop trying torip off others who aren't knowledgeable about cars, especially women.– show

            Go here! Ask for James. Hetook care ofus ineveryway. Kept uscomfortable while wewaited any length oftime & ifthings were wrong, hefixedit.

            Not only did they take care ofus, each person Icame incontact with was kind & all smiles. Would converse about things outside ofall things vehicle aswell. There's always astigma around car dealers, Ihad some myself, but Ihave tosay, they are all down toearth & show they are humantoo. Ihighly recommend thi

              I’ve brought myG37 here twice and both experiences were terrible. First one Iwas supposed toget anew fob and they just reused myold one;which didn’t work inthe first place; then said that someone else (that didn’t own the car) said touse the old one and charged meover 250$ And said Ihad topay aremaining 310$ toget the new fob and get programmed. The second visit Ipaid 160$ for the car toget diagnosed and they said that myengine harness needed tobe changed (which wasn’t the case)for further diagnosis. SoI had tobring mycar toanother shop because they told mezero information that could help. IfI could legally sue them Iwould. Just doyourself afavor and save yourself the headache.– show

                Damage from prior repairs done elsewhere that have made this vehicle toneed major upgrades toget back toa working level.

                    I was looking for aused VWTiguan online all the way from Colorado toFlorida because the used car market isgarbage rightnow. Ifound ablack Tiguan atInfiniti inBaton Rouge. Icalled asking about the car getting Thomas onthe phone. Hehad mefill out the application online. Ashort time laterMr. Paul the finance guy called meto goover myoptions. Yes Ihave inthe tank credit from abad car accident acouple years ago that isin legal still.Mr. Paul worked the numbers with mydown payment amount. Not only did they get meapproved but got mea pretty decent% rate where others would even talk tome orwere trying totake meto the cleaners. Acouple days later Idrove from New Orleans upto Baton Rouge totest drive thecar. From the time Iwalked ineveryone was friendly.Mr. Tommy brought the car around having itready todrive. Ofcourse Iwanted the car sosigning the papers was quick. Iwas leaving out oftown acouple days later for aweek soI was going tofly back into BRwhereMr. Paul offered tohave someone pick meup and bring meto the dealership toget mycar. But Ihave tofly into New Orleans soI will pick the car upwhen Ireturn. But from start tofinish this was byfar the easiest, relaxed and most efficient car buying experience I’ve had ever.– show

                      I’d had myeye onan Infiniti QX50 for afew months and finally decided topull the trigger onit. Ilooked atanother Infiniti dealership closer tohome, but they didn’t have the combination ofinterior and exterior colors Iwanted, soI decided tocome toInfiniti ofBaton Rouge. Not only did Ireceive amore than fair trade inoffer for my2020RREvoque, but they had the exact color combination Iwas looking for inthe QX50 onthelot. The car buying experience was nothing short ofamazing.David did anexcellentjob, asdid the gentleman infinance. Everything was quick and easy, and most importantly, Idrove away inthe car ofmy dreams!                         My husband and Ihad been looking online for anInfiniti QX50and had even contacted adealer out ofstate that wenever could speak with the same salesperson. Wedrove toBaton Rouge and was greeted byBernie. Bernie was very detailed about the particular vehicle wewanted. Show usdetails that the vehicle had that wehadn’t read about. Wethanked him for all his assistance. Before weleft hegave usbrochures ofthe vehicle with his business card. After aweek wedecided topurchase locally and called Bernie. Told him which vehicle wewanted and told him wedidn’t want tospend the day and that wewere headed hisway. When wegot there Bernie had the car washed and pulled tothe front. The dealership was extremely busy that day but Bernie focused ondoing what weasked getting usin andout. Hehad usfinanced and onour way within and hours time. Ihave worked insales for 25plus years and Bernie isan awesome sales person!!! Looking for and Infiniti see Bernie heis amazing– show

                          Friendly but not very “professional”
                          Didn’t mind paying extra for aoil change ona car Irecently purchased, and was agood experience overall until they offered towash the car after for free. Almost 30minutes later, Itold them Ireally needed togo, not realizing itwould take that long.
                          I didn’t complain, but they pulled mycar upwithout aapology orexplanation.
                          Also, Iordered some touch uppaint and paid for itwhile there. Called three weeks later after receiving nonotification when
                          it came in(a email text message orvoicemail seems like itwould be“standard” these days).
                          And again, noapology orexplanation.
                          Not abad place inmy experience, just not worth mytime/money, without the courtesy and professionalism I’ve had atother places.

                              After having aDIFFICULT time trying toget closer dealerships toanswer myemails/texts…we drove the 51/2hours from MSto Baton Rouge get the car Iwanted. And I’m soGLAD wedid!

                              This was THE EASIEST dealership I’ve ever beento. From the beginning ofmy internet inquiry all the way thru buying car/finished process.

                              Everyone here was soso nice! Mysaleswoman KIM Guidry was AMAZING! Ididn’t feel pressured inany way tobuy thecar. She isso energetic and sweet! She even kept intouch

                                  Worst experience atany service center EVER! Ischeduled anappointment hoping this would decrease wait time. Itabsolutely didnot! Upon arrival, noone was atthe service podium. Ihad topark myown vehicle and goinside for aservice representative. Iwas shocked that not ONE associate was wearing aface mask including the front desk person who had the audacity tocough several times without even covering her mouth.
                                  I was not introduced tothe service adjuster which was pretty unusual f
                                  rom previous visits atother locations. The front desk person had noclue who was working onmy vehicle soshe yelled across the room toinquire. Iwas scheduled for oil change at9am. Itwas 10am and myvehicle was still sitting inthe same spot. Iinquired about the wait and was told another HOUR! Noone updated meor even attempted toexplain anything tome. Idefinitely wasn’t sticking around for more terrible service for another hour. After Irequested myvehicle the service adjuster never apologized and gave avery passive aggressive “have anice day”. IWILL NEVER return tothat place again. Weare inthe middle ofa pandemic and not one person wearing amasksmh. The most irresponsible and asinine thing I’ve witnessed inANY service center since this pandemic!– show
