Our custom-printed lightboxes and our 10'x10' and 10'x20' booth designs can range from a 14–23 business day turnaround time.
Most custom-printed orders can be fulfilled within our standard rental turnaround of 14-23 business days from receipt of usable artwork. Extenuating circ*mstances may require times to be adjusted. Electronic proofs will be sent for all graphic jobs. All production times are based on graphic proof approval.
DIGITAL:
Digital displays have a shorter lead time of 10 business days.

Tips for maintenance and upkeep:
- Follow the assembly and disassembly instructions provided with your rental trade show display
- Follow packaging instructions when transporting and storing your rental trade show display
- Wipe down all surfaces and remove purchased components and graphics from the rental items
- Closely inspect display hardware for scratches, dents, and blemishes
- Make sure you account for every rental piece before returning your display
The standard rental period is 30 calendar days unless an extension is mutually agreed upon. The 30-day period begins at the time of shipment, and rental item availability is only guaranteed once the order is confirmed. All items are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rentals are for single use only. All structures and shipping containers are due back, freight pre-paid, by the last day of the rental period.
Extended Rental Period Flat Rates:
- 36 to 45 days - add 30%
- 46 to 60 days - add 60%
Extended rentals must be approved in advance.
Rental structures returned with client-owned items will be charged a fee based on actual time and material for sorting client-owned items and packing for return. Graphics removal will be billed at a flat hourly fee of $100.00.
The return shipping of these items must be arranged and paid for by the customer within 30 days of receipt, or the returned items will be considered abandoned and disposed of. In these instances, Displays2go is not responsible for the replacement of any disposed of goods.
Some of our fixtures require a simple hex key for assembly, which comes included.

In most cases, any software needed to run your content will be pre-loaded on the display. However, in cases where a software download is needed to operate the device, we will note that in the product information and that link will be provided in the Quick Start Guide for that product.
The Quickstart guide that ships with the rental digital display will provide detailed instructions on how to create, load, and play your content. Supported content ranges from Static JPEGs to animated GIFs, and MP4 videos. You can also download apps and connect directly to websites.

We include a detailed checklist with your digital rental to assist you in making sure you follow all the necessary steps, but we understand mistakes happen. After each digital rental is returned, they go through a quality check to make sure all customer information and data is removed from the unit before it is rented to the next customer.
