Thank you Air Force Sustainment Center for pushing this! Users are still so unsure what they can and should do. Need more #leadership at every level taking the choker off some people and pushing some other people out of their comfort zone!

    🚀 Meet Mr. Ayala, one of our AMARG Superstars! 🚀🌟 In Action: Mr. Ayala took charge like a pro, leading a ground crew and two crane operators to flawlessly manage the offload of an F-15 and MQ-8, and the onload of a UH-1Z helicopter.🔧 Results: Thanks to Johnny's expert coordination, his team completed all three aircraft lifts across multiple sites in just 6 hours—beating the lift standard by an impressive 50%!🎯 Impact: Mr. Ayala's swift and safe offloading of the F-15 and MQ-8 saved additional shipping costs and ensured timely induction by the 309 AMARG Receiving section.
